Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping time might take a few days longer than usual due to increased order volume during the holidays.
Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders with $25+ shipped in the USA.
- For US customers, we use USPS or UPS to ship all the packages. The economy shipping rate is $4.5 per order (est. delivery 5-6 business days); The standard shipping rate is $7.5 per order (est. delivery 3-4 business days).
- For customers not from the US, we use DHL Express or USPS. International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in check-out. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt if there will be any.
- Digital goods will be delivered immediately upon completion of the transaction. Please contact us if it is not delivered as expected.
How soon will I get my products?
- For US customers, most orders will arrive within 5-8 business days.
- For Non-US customers, orders may take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the carrier will deliver within the estimate but we will try our best to process your orders as soon as we receive them.
